Wejeco Pet Hotel gives our guests the freedom to either provide us with the pets’ own food or allow us to custom pick meals for them. In the case that the owners would prefer their own food, please put
each meal in a separate Ziploc bag or container and label it with your pet’s name. If the owner does not mind us serving from our own food selection, please provide us with all necessary information to make sure your pet receives the correct amount of food per meal.
These precautions are taken to avoid an upset stomach. Please be aware that there will be an extra charge.
Pets are fed twice daily, in the morning and the evening. However, we can also add a lunchtime meal based on request. To better serve you, kindly leave detailed, written instructions on our Overnight
Check-In Form.
Our staff members will give pets, in need, oral and topical medications. All medications to be given should be in their
original container and must have a paper with the pet’s name attached to it. You will need to write down when and how
your pet should be given the medication on our Overnight Check-in Form including signing off on the medication count at
Check-out.
For instance, if the toy was found to have missing pieces, then this might indicate that some pieces were ingested and would allow us to seek immediate veterinary help.
Wejeco Pet Hotel allows you to bring your pet’s hard chew rubber toy, if in new or new-like condition. This is very important since it allows our staff members to be able to keep track of the toy’s condition. For instance, if the toy was found to have missing pieces, then this might indicate that some pieces were ingested and would allow us to seek immediate veterinary help.
Wejeco Pet Hotel requires that any feline guest should arrive in a carrier during check-in and must leave in one at checkout. Your cat will be carried in the carrier until they arrive to the suite. These precautions are only out to ensure the safety of your pet and other pet guests.
Wejeco Pet Hotel allows you to bring in with your pet a t-shirt or any other cloth with your sent on it to help your pet deal with separation anxiety. We allow your pet to keep this piece of cloth at all times, unless our staff members spot your pet chewing on it. Again, if there are missing pieces, we must assume that the pieces have been ingested and seek help.
All items brought in by you should be signed off at Check-in to make sure that all these items are accounted for during your pet’s stay and at Check-out.

All staff members at WPH are highly trained to detect any change in behavior or health status of your pet. If there is a need, the owner will be automatically contacted and the pet will be rushed to the veterinarian.

Of course we do. However, these little babies have a little extra “energy” in them, so they will be grouped together to have a lovely play date with one another and with our staff members. They will
be assigned a different schedule than our other guests.

Wejeco Pet Hotel will be more than please to ensure that your pet receives his/her medication on time and in correct doses. Please make sure to fill us in regarding when and how your pet should
receive the medicine.

Wejeco Pet Hotels offers three different arenas for your pets to have a slumber party with their new acquaintances. Dogs are separated based on their size and accordingly bigger dogs get bigger spaces. They say “Go big or Go home”, but at WPH we say “Go Big or Small and Go to WPH.”
After the party is over each pet is escorted to their room for a lovely custom dinner and some beauty sleep.

Dogs are very active animals that may enjoy a rough and tumble play. WPH staff members are always on the watch and tend to break any plats that becomes too violent. Dogs usually use their teeth to grab and play with other dogs. They nibble on each other’s necks and play. Miniscule injuries, such as scrapes, cuts, or missing hair might result. Sometimes, newly acquainted dogs don’t get along and fighting is a possibility. At WPH, all staff members are highly trained to break all sorts of fights and quarrels that could take place. Despite the fact that WPH strongly deals with issues of sanitation and cleanliness with utmost seriousness, your dog could still be at risk of catching a contagious disease due to these playing rituals. Nonetheless, all dogs will surely be monitored and supervised at all times. In case of injury, WPH staff are trained to efficiently deal with such situations. If the injury was very serious, your dog will be rushed to the nearest veterinary.

DOGS
Wejeco Pet Hotel requires that all of our canine guests have had the following vaccinations:
◦ Rabies – Current in the last year for puppies and past 3 years for adults.
◦ DHPP – Current in the last year.
◦ Bordetella – Current in the last 6 months.
All canine guests 16 weeks (4 months) old must provide proof of current vaccinations.
Puppies must be at least 12 weeks of age and have completed their first two series of vaccinations including a Bordetella vaccine.
You or your veterinarian may email the vaccination documentation to info@wejecopethotel.com or bring it in person to Wejeco Pet Hotel front desk.

CATS
Wejeco Pet Hotel requires that all of our feline guests have had the following vaccinations:
◦ Rabies – Current in the last year for kittens and past 3 years for adults.
◦ FVRCP – Current in the last year.
◦ Feline Leukemia – Current in the last year.
You or your veterinarian may email the documentation to info@wejecopethotel.com or bring it in person to Wejeco Pet Hotel front desk.
Other Requirements
To ensure the absence of all internal parasites, Wejeco Pet Hotel demands that all pets should have gotten a fecal stool exam in the past year for cats and past 6 months for dogs. It is required that
every pet going to stay at WPH receives a dose of Nitenpyram to remove any potential flea infections. All pets should also follow a monthly flea/tick regimen. This rigorous policy is followed to ensure that the hotel is kept free of parasites to better protect each pet guest staying and playing at WPH.

WPH leads a flexible cancelation policy. For cancellations, all that is required is to give us a 24- hour notice. For peak times, a 3-day notice is needed or else you will be charged a non-refundable
$20 at the time of booking.

All pets are always welcomed at Wejeco Pet Hotel. These females will stay in their individual room with a staff member. They will also be assigned play dates with other females. Since they might require a little extra attention and cleaning, an extra fee will be added to their stay.
